October Annual Notice of Change Sessions

Starting October 1, 2024, we will be holding Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) Session specific to individual plans. In these sessions we will be able to discuss the specific changes that will be happening in 2025 for the following specific plans.

October 1 @ 10:00 a.m. (In-person)

All IN Counties

October 23 @ 6 p.m. (Zoom)

United Health Care

Central Indiana

October 2 @ 2:00 p.m. (In-person)

October 10 @ 10:00 a.m. (In-person)

Southern Indiana

October 2 @ 5:00 p.m. (Zoom)

Wellcare Prescription Drug Plan (Part D only)

Find the session you would like to register for and hit the green Book button, this will take you to a calendar, the date you selected will be highlighted, below the calendar you will see the available time for that day, click on the time, on the next screen it will ask for your name and email address, enter them in and select complete registration. You will receive an email confirmation that your registration went through.
